Good point! I totally overlooked the fact that it is read as a DS game vs a 3DS Game which in fact, are region locked. That said, are many of you taking the risk? Thanks for making me look like a chump Goofy- Filiab

I used my AceKard on my 3ds the first day I got it, but I quickly restored and wiped the DS once I saw the game that it was logging as the Acekard. I figured that was the problem, what troubles me even more, is that no matter what I try to do, it will simply be a temporary fix. I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way -

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
