    Every time I exit a game and I have cheats enabled, I have to enable them again when I want to play with cheats again. Is there a way to set r4 up so I dont have to constantly renable all the cheats one by one?

    Then your ds is fine , all you need to do is quickly go into browsersettings and select initialize saved data before thT message pops up
