    The softmodded system in question is on a 3.2u system menu, would upping using wakakino's(sp) 4.0 upgrader upgrade the suspected-to-be-pal files on the wii?

    I admit, I went the cheap route and got a 15$ usb hdd enclosure to run with my 300gig wd sata drive. It works fine, except i get 2 scrolling bands of fuzz that really bum me out. Harder to see on light colors, and easy to see on darks, it only appears when the HDD is plugged into the usb port...
