Homebrew QUERY: how to build/compile NDS homebrew source code

I manage to install/setup devKitPro 1.5.0 as well as PALib (v 060917, 080823, 090801, 0912XX). Apparently I am having problems compiling because PALib has changed so much and many functions have either been removed or renamed. I noted DSZhongwen latest source file dated 2007-08-15.. so am...

Homebrew Cantonese Jyutping Yale for Nintendo DS

I use NewDictS to translate Mandarin Pinyin into English. I use DSZhongwen to practice my Mandarin (writing/recognising characters/pinyin). However I haven't found any program which can help with Cantonese 'LSHK' or 'jyutping' or 'yale' system. Am looking for ideas/programs that can help with...

    DSZhongwen v1.0a

Yes. The developers didn't even implement the function l_gram_getLessons() in file ct_l_gram.c - int l_gram_getLessons() { ÂÂ return 1; } It always returns 1!!! Hmm, looks like I'll have to fix this and rebuild my own port. Now, how do we build such NDS programs??

    DSZhongwen v1.0a

Does anyone know whether this is a bug. I cannot seem to create any new grammar lessons. I copied lesson folder 1 as 2 and incremented the num.txt file to indicate that there's 2 lessons now. But lesson 2 doesn't show up within game. So I edited lesson 1 phrase.txt file to different characters...

Homebrew Writing Chinese Character Recognition App

I have been trying to find a good Chinese Character Input (by hand-writing) and dictionary lookup on Nintendo DS. DSZhongwen (http://www.rodrigoroman.com/rrc2soft/) is nice, but cannot do hand-writing input. HanziDict (http://kiang.org/jordan/software/hanzilookup/hanzidict.html) is very very...
