I couldn't load any of the provided links (both homebrew or mocha) until I changed the 2nd DNS from "168.235.092.108" to "127.0.0.1". Keep the first one at "35.164.240.189" and no issues afterwards.
It's really not that big of an issue. I filled up my 128gb to 90gb, installed a few titles at time and erased the cia's after. You'll always be at that 90gb+ point. The boot time is slower but by a few seconds which doesn't bother me.
