Well this is the following, I've updated NeoGamma to R9 Beta 9 (since I was using R7 all this time) and followed the instructions mentioned in this post (cios 249 Rev 19 with ios37 as base ios )and now I have Modern Warfare Reflex with chopped framerate and some freezes on big...- vice51

Hacking Can't get EZ 3-in-1 Flash to recognize with CycloDS
That is odd... I was having the same problems with my hardware, which I only received yesterday. At the beginning the issues led me to believe that the hardware was indeed defective, but now with Exploader 0.58b and Firmware 1.54 beta2 I have rumble working and 'shaky' GBA support.
