Homebrew Mario Kart Wii NTSC-U version on Softmii
I have a softmii'd wii. I want to know, is it dangerous to do the UPDATE for mario kart wii, for the NTSC usa version? If so, I won't do it. But, I just wanted to know if the disc update was able to be passed, and also allow online play? Will it brick or disable it?- aaronkephart

Hacking Wii Savegame Installer, Homebrew Channel, and backups.
I have 3.2U version firmware on my wii However, I do not remember the process I went through to get the HBC and modify my IOS, I followed instructions online.
