    I think he means like, not from a top-down perspective and having everything aligned to a grid. And I have to admit, I'm surprised they haven't done so yet. I'm guessing they're keeping with tradition or something, like they do with alot of things in the games.

    They're not ALL that bad.. some of them are just hysterical, and some are just half-assed looking. Mamepato for example looks like a Pigeon. Like, just a Pigeon. It's becoming less like Pokemon and more like generic animals with big colored eyes or something.
