We are talking about the pokemon being legit itself, to activate the event and be usable online, it being unreleased is irrelevant. By creating a legit version of them on pokegen. First catch one of them via ar code then edit it. I have a legit Keldeo that activates the event I can post the pkm. file if you want.- keytheway123

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
