Hacking Differnce between NDS carts for n3ds?
You won't be getting either of them for a while, that site shuts down for Chinese New Year. They don't start shipping till the 15th of Feb, so it could be a month till it arrives. Hacking N3DS 10.1.0-27E Downgrade?
Downgrading from 10.1.0-27E should be fine, people are just focusing on 10.3 because it's the latest supported. There's no guarantees in this though, so if you can't afford a new 3DS maybe it's best to leave it for now (turn off updates) and wait till you can.- Dr Jitz
