It reboots but goes to that screen right away after reboot

I had deleted the Idn-mitm folder earlier and when I go to the directory you said theres flags folder and exefs.nsp
When this happened to me it was because I let it die completely and didn't charge it. It worked for me after leaving it on the Nintendo dock to charge for a day. From my experience computers don't charge it as fast. It might just be my computer though.
I messed up my switch about a year and a half ago maybe longer. I BELIEVE I was trying to update a game though tinfoil. I gave up on it and recently decided I should see if I can fix it. It gave me the blue screen when I pressed power. I ended up downgrading firmware because I couldn't turn it...
