IMHO, in this modern times there is nothing like a "best burner" because basically all DVR-Devices do the same thing. The times are simply long gone where bus-speeds or CPU-performance mattered.- Monarch

It highly depends on the used bitrate but in general I agree. Sometimes the build-in filters of XVid manage to overestimate the blocky pictures of Mpeg2-DVDs and make them look even better.
