Gaming Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds World Championship 2010 - Reverse of Arcadia

Has anyone gotten it to run on an M3? I know the R4 and other flashcarts, can run it but it will freeze unless they have the AR Fix But on my M3 it won't even start, anyone else having that problem or is that just the issue with Slot-2 M3s?

    DS #3563: Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Stardust Accelerator: World Championship 2009

I can't seem to get this game to work =\ Everytime I turn it on, it's like the game is hibernating (the power light flashes on and off) I'm using an M3, and I believe someone in the first 3 pages said something similar but no one addressed it >
