    Your NSP is probably bad. The size for BoTW is 14,476,256,042 bytes. If yours is less it probably didn't download fully. I had the same thing happen using CDNSP.

    Hacking {{N3ds users ONLY}} post your results if you are going to downgrade.

    Also succeeded getting a N3DSXL downgraded. Bought it today at 9.9U, upgraded to 10.3 to get browserhax, and then completed the downgrade in only a few minutes using menuhax as the entrypoint, so now I'm on 9.2! Froze a few times at #5 but just hard reset every time and it was fine.
