    Long story short, XCI is the cart dump. on sxos, you can mount the xci like a real game cart. Nsp is essentially the install data for the game. To install the a game, the sigpatch is required bypass the signature checks otherwise the switch will know something is wrong and won't let you...

    You can trade modded pokemon. but if you use pkhex to create a pokemon, it means you have a hacked switch and bringing that online seems like a really good way to get banned.

    I think they're referring to how 3ds will ban you for playing online with non legit pokemon. So long story short, so long as the pokemon is legit, you should be fine.
