oh my bad,i apolagize about that. well, what i meant to say is tha if you own like a japanse 3ds that's region unlocked. you cant really system transfer anything while eshop wont work anymore. if system transfer work, then you could do all of that and still have it saved!- iampeepkin

3ds not working
if you mean by that your 3ds shows the blue light but doesnt boot up, you would need to replace the luma "boot.firm" and "boot.3dsx" with the lastest one. once you're done with that, you could turn it on and it'll turn on right back to life !- iampeepkin

oki just to throw it out, what i usually do is have a backup of my whole sd, have all my cia files in there too, throw it to a brand new sd and put it in my new 3ds, i jus access it by rosilina men and go to homebrew launcher, then in fbi, and redownload all my tickets and cia files into it and...- iampeepkin

Error when downloading CIAs on FBI
well, if it does the error "unabe to insall cia file", it's probably a bad dbs folder. go on your sd card, go to nintendo 3ds/random numbers and letters/random numbers and letters/dbs. if it has "import" and "title", rename the files with ".db" on thme like "title.db" and "import.db". it fix for...- iampeepkin
