I had this same problem a while back. Are you using an official vita charger? If not, try every charging brick you have laying around your house, and leave it plugged in for several hours. The vita (ideally) wants a specific wattage/voltage. The most crappiest charger I had did the trick for...
While I really hope they release some N64 games, I don't trust them to start consistently releasing them just because they built an emulator. Remember the 3DS ambassador program? They built a whole GBA emulator for 3DS just to release 10 games to a select group of people.
Do I need to do this is I haven't gone online with CFW at any point? I made an emunand as soon as I got my switch and haven't touched my sysnand or connected to a Nintendo server since. Would I still benefit from this?
Sorry for the noobish question.
The advantage (for me anyway) is that you don't need to install them, or uninstall them in the event that you need to clear up space. For all intents and purposes, it's a "cartridge".
I'm excited to play it, but I'm also afraid to start a new game until I finish Ever Oasis. I have a bad habit of starting new games and forgetting where I was in previous games.

When you create the text file, make sure it says EUR EN
For people still trying to get the EUR version to work, I had to use the language emulation thing in luma. To access your Luma settings, hold select when you turn your 3DS on and enable game patching. These instructions from the luma github confused me so I'll mention this: in the .txt file...
Again, I live in a country where we have maybe one attack every few years that can be connected to middle-eastern terrorist organizations. So to us, 3 in a year is pretty frequent.
My extruder on my 3d printer went bad and shot plastic out everywhere, for like 15 minutes, looks like a big ball of plastic covering the extruder. Sucks, not even gonna try break apart, definitely need new one.
Luckily I got the extruder off, and ordered a new one, only $29, but gotta wait week or so, was trying to make wall holders for all my game controllers to organize a bit. Oh well.
