DS #4551: Koushounin DS: The Negotiator (Japan)

I liked the first drama series and the SP. Have not watched the second series yet. The story isn't exactly the strongest or the most realistic but Yonekura Ryoko is very cool in the series. On the whole, it's not a bad series and worth a watch.

DS #4194: Bae Yong-Joon to Manabu Kankokugo DS (Japan)

Bae Yong-Joon... yuck. One of my least favourite Korean actors. Much prefer Jang Dong Gun. Better actor in my opinion.

    DS #4143: Love Plus (Japan)

A year or two more to get me a virtual boyfriend?!? I'll go crazy with waiting. I think I'll try this nonetheless. Thanks.

    DS #4143: Love Plus (Japan)

Really? My Japanese is in between JLPT4 and 3 right now. Maybe I'll got try it to practise my Japanese... altho'... I'm not male. Would be better if they were guys.

    DS #4140: My Make-Up (USA)

Well, I like some of those learning games. If you're learning Japanese, some of those Kanji games are really good and quite useful. The Japanese dictionary is also quite good and a much cheaper alternative to an actual electronic dictionary. Obviously some of these games aren't aimed at some...

    DS #4123: Hoshizora Navi (Japan)

Huh... this actually looks quite interesting. Too bad it's in Japanese, if not I would be tempted to get one.

DS #3969: Solitaire Mahjong: Ancient China Adventure (Europe)

Another one of these. I just wish they would at least release one proper Mahjong game in English so that my mum can play it on her DS. I also know half a dozen people who would love a proper Mahjong game on their DS. There's already half a dozen of these tile matching mahjong games in...

    DS #3951: Treasure World (USA)

I live in a country which is densely populated and where most people live in flats and have wifi, so getting hits on my DS is incredibly easy. I placed the game in telescope mode and simply took a 10min bus-ride to the mall nearby for dinner and my DS was ringing up hits non-stop. It was oddly...

    DS #3649: Bridge Training (Europe)

There aren't many Bridge card games on the DS, am I right? Apparently, the previous releases of Bridge on the DS have been quite terrible. While you guys may poke fun at Bridge and at this release, I was actually interested to see a release like this. While I usually ignore the card game...

DS #3629: Zaidan Houjin Nippon Kanji Nouryoku Kentei Kyoukai Kounin -

Nice review chewtoy. Have been wondering if I should give Kanken 3 a go or just stick to Kanken 2. Guess, I'll try Kanken 3. =)

DS #3638: Kanji no Wataridori (v 1.1) (Japan)

If you don't know what this game is about, it's probably not a game for you. Apparently, this is actually quite a cool game if you're learning kanji, want to revise your kanji or simply just already know kanji. I want to play it someday but right now I suspect the kanji level is too high for...

DS #3534: Travel Games For Dummies (Europe)

Actually, I prefer meaningful posts too or posts that are worth reading. Sometimes I click into a thread because I really want to know what the title is and all I get is a bunch of "huh?" or "this game is stupid" or "the DS is getting stupid" etc kind of posts and I find that frustrating. It...

DS #3370: Mah Jong Expeditions (Europe)

Wow... thanks for the info. I think I'll try and brave a few of the mahjong games. I haven't played it for a long time because it's so hard to find the time and to get 3 other people to play it these days.

DS #3370: Mah Jong Expeditions (Europe)

They do? I was told they didn't. And that plus the fact that I found the kanji intimidating were the biggest reasons why I've not seriously tried to play any of the mahjong games in Japanese. Maybe I should try since my Japanese is a bit better than it was before.

DS #3370: Mah Jong Expeditions (Europe)

I want a real mahjong game with Hong Kong rules. All the ones that are currently available are in Japanese and use Japanese rules. I don't get it, do they really think that they can't make money if they release it in other languages and in with other rules? I know tons of people who play...

    DS #3295: Colour Cross (Europe)

Cool. I was hooked on Picross and have been hoping they'll release a sequel or somethingn similar since I completed the game. Will definitely get this.

DS #3222: Team Batista no Eikou Shinjitsu wo Tsumugu 4tsu no Chart (Ja

Actually, I think you probably are more or less right. Team Batista no Eiko is the title of a mystery story set in a hospital. It was first a novel (I think), then adapted quite successfully into a movie and then later into a relatively successful tv series which just finished airing in Japan...

DS #2714: U-Can Pen Ji Training DS (Japan)

I agree. I rather like it too. Have worked my way through some of the hiragana. I've always had a little trouble writing my "so" properly and it was fun working on it on the DS. Am considering picking up the cart since I think I might use it quite a bit but am still waiting for My Japanese...

    DS #2655: Mahjongg (Europe)

Oh yes, that would be cool. I would also like wi-fi so that you can play with 3 other people even if you're at the beach or on a plane or on a trip somewhere.

    DS #2655: Mahjongg (Europe)

Sigh, it's yet another title matching game. I want a proper mahjong game in English. Best would be if they had all the different rules like Hong Kong rules, Taiwan rules, Japanese rules etc so that those who like and want to play mahjong on the run can play whichever version they like. I play...

I'd quite enjoy a life of taking it easy. But I haven't reached that life yet.
