splathex has been discontinued.
if you just want to edit gear abilities tho, and don't mind trying something experimental, I've been working on a gear editor overlay that lets you edit gear abilities directly in the game: https://github.com/3096/octotech/releases/tag/0.0.1
the game checks if you have the dlc installed or not, so save editing wouldn't work as the game will simply not show any dlc gear if you don't have those dlcs. so you might want to check out something like aoc mitm instead.
You can use the support edit overlay I just released: https://gbatemp.net/threads/fire-emblem-three-houses-three-useful-overlay-utils.570751/
I don't know about 1, but for 2 you can use the class edit overlay I just released...
I recently wrote some overlays for FE3H, thought I'd share them here.

**Jacien** - for being the benefactor of this project as well as providing info and testing. This project would not have taken place without him.
@Falo - for...
you can use this IPSwitch patch
# Xenoblade DE 1.0.0
@flag offset_shift 0x100
// force docked mode
Also read the X2 thread. looks like the resolution configs are as below...
if anyone wonders about the save crypto, I wrote a PoC decrypting/re-signing program here for 1.1.0: https://github.com/3096/effective-guacamole
It's in C++, so it could be used for devs to create homebrew related stuff
Yes, I made another overlay homebrew, luxray, which also have date-changing functionalities and works with Tesla Menu as well. It was made for Pokemon tho, so the controls are a little weird (uses L and R for BACK and ENTER)
Note that you can't change the time in AC just by changing the system...
