Hacking Should I have removed SX EmuNAND in microSD files prior to creating EmuNAND as hidden partition?

no, i have just created emunand as hidden partition sx os doesn't do anything else outside of the sd card. i checked my whole room: the walls, floor, ceilling... it did absolutely nothing outside the sd card, everything is untouched.

Hacking Team-Xecuter Presents SX OS v2.3 BETA

yes, it is normal when you emunand requires a lower "burnt fuse count" than it finds in the system. in other words, when you officially updated your sysnand to a higher firmware than your emunand's.

Hacking Team-Xecuter Presents SX OS v2.3 BETA

as per your own previous statement regarding the beta release, "there will always be better stability and improvements made to a new update". according to TX Team themselves, your information is incorrect. this is extracted from their announcement of their first beta release, explaining the...

Hacking Team-Xecuter Presents SX OS v2.3 BETA

glad to help that is exactly what I did, except that my sysnand was 6.0.1 autorcm. fuse count for fw 5.1.0 so after updating my emunand to 6.1.0, I restored sysnand to 5.1.0 because I could and because I prefer to keep autorcm disabled (it was enabled to preserve my 5.1 fuse count at 6.0.1 fw)

Hacking Team-Xecuter Presents SX OS v2.3 BETA

this is what I would do: 1. boot emunand 5.1.0 2. run choidujournx, load fw files 6.1.0 3. enable exfat patch and disable autorcm (no need to use it since you will never boot emunand using official bootloader) 4. reboot emunand 6.1.0 and profit

English is not my native language, so sorry if my question is dumb. I don't know if I understood correctly, but you have no proofs at all, all your post is based in "I have reason to assume" and "it seems", am I right?

Hacking Team-Xecuter Presents SX OS v2.3 BETA

I sold my cartridges I don't play online So I have emunand on 6.1.0 - to play games without the "firmware update required" hassle - and sysnand on 5.1.0 because it's the cleanest/lowest nand backup I have, so I don't have to worry about autorcm to avoid burning fuses. with all that said...

Hacking Team-Xecuter Presents SX OS v2.3 BETA

i didn't update yet, as i have no reason to do so by now. but without thinking, i would run choidujournx and update it, although i guess there would be no reason to have autorcm on emunand, since I would always have to launch sx os bootloader first, so autorcm would have to be present on real...

Hacking Team-Xecuter Presents SX OS v2.3 BETA

  • RichardTheKing @ RichardTheKing:
Apparently Nintendo adapted the 3D All-Stars emulator, instead of their old Virtual Console emulator - or, if nothing else, copying what fans have done.

  • AkiraKurusu @ AkiraKurusu:
Microsoft certainly wouldn't have experimented with the Kinect, that's for sure. Would Nintendo have released something like the Wii U early?
    Gift
  • AkiraKurusu @ AkiraKurusu:
That would've had a different name, so as not to tie it to its failed predecessor (something the Wii U dearly wished it has gotten anyway).

  • Veho @ Veho:
PlayStation 2 already had that EyeToy thing before the Wii, and a whole lot of games supported it. Microsoft would have had something like the Kinect even if the Wii failed.
