It's dropped in the latest release, I'm using it now with vanilla atmosphere without any of the additions, just tinfoil/hbg. It's working great.
I just extract the sd/switch/tinfoil folder then run it with title redirection.
It's not enforced anymore, currently using tinfoil/hbg with vanilla atmosphere without issues.

@blawar can I ask, why it needs title redirection? I thought goldleaf didn't need it to install nsps from sdcard and usb?
