The WT instruments will work with all the GH games and RB2 and RB:Classic Rock Pack. The RB2 instruments only work with RB2 and a few of the TPs....
Oh sweet I got it working. For PAL users having video problems after installing CIOSCORP use Gecko OS to boot the game.
As far as I know there isn't anyway PK2 without that side effect happening.
