Problem solved.opened up the switch and reconnected the micro sd card slot.it worked itself loose.a lot of movement when inserting an micro sd card.
The three sd cards tried are SanDisk 64gb and SanDisk 128gb aswell as a Samsung evo 32gb.all cards when bought where tested with the above program...
