To be honest, i have also both installed on dual boot, but 99% works with SXOS, there are really only some deep homebrews which dont work...
Dont believe the People, at the moment there is no need to switch to Atmosphere if your SXOS is running well.
I hope there will be a way that SXOS can get continued, to be honest at the moment i guess there is not a pride future, but i will stay currently...

No no no, you got me wrong, i meant a bigger SD Card and then dont use the External Hard Drive and install the Games to the SD Card instead of USB.
