Sorted it. All the missing resistors to the right are 100k, the one at the top is a 220k

yes, I checked it against another console. On the faulty console one of the CC lines read 14k to gnd.
It’s on the underside of the motherboard near to the USB port
Sorted it. On one CC line it measured open circuit to gnd, on the other it measured 14k. The little dug/7c ESD protection diode was the problem
