By the way, this one is the official Open PS2 Loader and it doesn't support PS1 games over POPSTARTER. You have to get the PS2-Home version instead.
To be honest I never tried that and I'm not sure if it works. I always used the USB ports on the back of my Wii U and a Y-Cable.
You can use your pendrive just like you do on your Wii U. There is no change for the filesystem.
