    Depending what drive is in your black wii just get a new D2E board from ebay and switch the one on your drive..

    Yes its fine to change the main board, but i doubt you will use backup DVDs once you start using Hard Drive so its a bit of a waste of money [img]

    Not that i know of, i would dump with superdump (around 20-25 mins a wii game, around 10 for gamecube), it will let you know if any errors.
