    cherubi and cherrim are in shaking trees in area 3 (plus other areas but most common in area 3 mount coromet or whatever) bonsly spawns by sudowoodo in both spots magnemite and megneton are in space time distortions in the first area

    make sure eevee doesn't have any fairy moves while you are leveling it, such as baby doll eyes, otherwise it will always be sylveon

    My guess is that you'll just be able to see the shiny walking in the world, I doubt anyone has spotted one yet though.
