The U.S. is more dangerously divided than any other wealthy democracy. Is there a way back from the brink? (Yascha Mounk)

It sounds like you are having a cheese dream. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ThinkOfTheChildren What exactly is your point about monkeypox and covid? As it seems unclear to me.

The U.S. is more dangerously divided than any other wealthy democracy. Is there a way back from the brink? (Yascha Mounk)

What has changed? In the United States, a recession is defined by the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) as "a significant decline in economic activity spread across the market, lasting more than a few months, normally visible in real GDP, real income, employment, industrial...

Free Speech is Democracy's Downfall (Sean Illing) [Original Title: Free speech is essential for democracy. Could it also be democracy’s downfall?]

If the people in power don't care for truth then you have bigger problems (for example see Trump). Some of us don't think people like Hitler/Putin/Trump should be able to get into power, even if >50% of the people vote for them. Because democracy isn't brainwashing people.

Free Speech is Democracy's Downfall (Sean Illing) [Original Title: Free speech is essential for democracy. Could it also be democracy’s downfall?]

Your style of communication comes across as someone who can't have an adult conversation. I do use discernment, which is why I wouldn't protect Alex Jones right to free speech after he has abused it so rigorously. It's not because I disagree with his opinion, it's that he is purposefully lying...

Free Speech is Democracy's Downfall (Sean Illing) [Original Title: Free speech is essential for democracy. Could it also be democracy’s downfall?]

Braindead people are the ones that are obsessed with free speech. Why is it only right wingnuts who can't use discernment when reading or listening? Maybe there is some link between the mental retardation and being right wing?

I think physical releases are safer long term, however don't patches... You might want to download and save all the patches. The USB is going to be slower than internal HDD, however I stopped using the internal HDD years ago and instead switched to ps3netsrv streaming from a NAS. I have a vague...

Free Speech is Democracy's Downfall (Sean Illing) [Original Title: Free speech is essential for democracy. Could it also be democracy’s downfall?]

Clearly not, because the people who want to listen to infowars will never change no matter how much speech you have. The only way to protect free speech, is to not exploit it. Alex Jones exploited free speech.

They knew enough to get them running, that is all. If you don't like it, I suggest you ask for a refund. I agree, pkg are annoying. Obviously there is still the issue of the games being illegal to download, so finding them is a bit tricky.

Back in the psjailbreak days, running games from folders & especially in the true blue era, patched games were necessary.

Free Speech is Democracy's Downfall (Sean Illing) [Original Title: Free speech is essential for democracy. Could it also be democracy’s downfall?]

That only works if most people are being honest. Speaking out against corruption now has no value, because of the existence of infowars/trump/etc

Free Speech is Democracy's Downfall (Sean Illing) [Original Title: Free speech is essential for democracy. Could it also be democracy’s downfall?]

The big problem is that people assume that others act like them. So democrats will assume that people will behave rationally and honestly, while republicans assume that everyone will lie and cheat to get what they want. All the deep state paranoia is because they think that the state is as...

The U.S. is more dangerously divided than any other wealthy democracy. Is there a way back from the brink? (Yascha Mounk)

You were caught pretending that the CDC were caught. The CDC definition was misunderstood by idiots and so they removed some of the wording that was causing the idiots problems. Immunity is on a scale, but idiots think it's 0 or 100%. Don't you think the CDC has an obligation to tell people...

The U.S. is more dangerously divided than any other wealthy democracy. Is there a way back from the brink? (Yascha Mounk)

It does, because people assume that everyone agrees with them and then they act like dicks. If on January the 6th 2021, those people had been thinking "I believe the election was stolen, but look at all these people who disagree & maybe they are right" then it is unlikely things would have...

The U.S. is more dangerously divided than any other wealthy democracy. Is there a way back from the brink? (Yascha Mounk)

Sure, people even overlooked Rudy Giuliani.... But that kind of flag waving patriotism where you pretend that you all agree is temporary. There are genetic traits that were more successful in certain parts of the world though. Like sickle cell anemia, which protects you from malaria.

Do you feel the USA is better now than it was 22 years ago?

I was being polite, as your black and white thinking has you making assertions which aren't true but you are incapable of seeing it. I guess you need to get your meds checked.

You're right, playing stupid is not a good look. I've triggered you so much that you are arguing a ridiculous position. I'm sorry, I'll leave you alone so you can calm down.

Bought a used Nerf Mega blaster yesterday, good condition, but only got one single foam dart for it. And it was so chewed up, when I tried to fire it today it ripped the tip clean off and spat the thing out in two pieces.
