Maan: for other newbs like me.
My issue of SXOS stuff not running on ATM was caused by... me not realizing that with EMU, Nintendo folder is located in emu related folder and not in root.
Now things seem to work fine.
I'd add to that question: is there anything, besides payload and SD card content, that is changed in the system by hekte/atmo?
AutoRCM, I was told, is essentially slightly corrupted bootloader, but besides that?
Thanks for the prompt answer, I did use sigpatches from 4pda, will try these.
Any clues on the cartrige firmware version? How to check it at all?
Does daybreak update it by default?
When trying to move from SX OS (on 11.x) to emunand Atmo.
Emunand configuration/atmo install went smoothly.
Upgraded emu firmware to 13 using Daybreak.
Atmo install went well, but majority of games aren't playable ("software needs to be downloaded)
Installed Kefir and regretted it. (what a...

SX OS 2.9.3, upgraded to some older version (don't remember exact figure :() on 7.0.1 to 9.1.0 with C..NX-nofuses method.

Updated to 5.1.0 online... oh well.
Seemed to work smoothly (and surprisingly fast)
Hekate reports 5 burnt fuses, as when I was "no fuse" on 4.1.0 (hopefully 5 burnt fuses correspond to 3.0.2).
Thank you so much, OP!
After thinking about it a bit more:
1) 1.4 simply doesn't work this way
2) I've probably screwed up 1.3 (exfat support in particular) by installing autoRCM from SX OS
Questions: does #2 make sense? If yes, how could I restore the bootloader chain?
And last, but not least: can I simply roll...
