the game works from the sd card running luma3ds but when I use the Pokemon Omega Ruby game card it error on me every time I load the Pokemon Omega...
Try updating the luma cfw by replacing the boot.firm file nether root of your Sd card and follow 3ds.guide to update a9lh to boot9strap...
I only have the Supercard DSTWO (not + model) witch I don't use any more because of the Twilight Menu.

mine works with the latist Twlight menu (7.0.0) and nds-bootstrap (0.14.1) and loads the saves no problem

my saves are there but my dsi is not reading the saves from the save folder
just updated to rev 01 and have hide the main menu and now saying creating a save file and have a save file in the save folder

I use PRO CFW for the PSP 3000 and loads every game I trough at it and backup the save folder in the PSP folder. I think it doesn't touch the save...
