Review Approach:

Good
My name is Stealphie and this time i'm re-reviewing Super Mario Bros., some of yall got pissed off because i gave Super Mario Bros. a 4 before. i replayed the game completely with a "this is a good game" mindset, so now i'm gonna give my new thoughts on this classic.
Stealphie
Are the levels well designed? The level design in Super Mario Bros. is a mixed bag. We have lots of decent-well designed levels, and lots of badly designed levels. The game starts being inconsistent (with the the levels being good or bad) in World 4. Most of the levels of World 1,2 and 3 are well designed. World 4,5,6,7,8? Mixed bag. These worlds have a good amount well designed levels, and have a good of amount badly designed levels.
Is the gameplay good? The gameplay in Super Mario Bros. is good but the physics make it less fun to play. The run jump is a godsend and the jump feels fine but the physics feel off. They don't feel bad, but they feel off.
How lenghty is the game? Little. You can beat this game in less than an hour. (i did beat it in less than an hour lol)
Is there a reason to come back to this game after beating it? No, unless you want to beat the game again but goombas are replaced with Buzzy Beetles, sounds exciting, right?
Is the multiplayer good? I wouldn't call it good, but it's fine for the time and it's okay-ish now. The second player will only play when the first player die, and vice-versa.
Are the graphics good? Not really, they aren't bad, they're fine but i wouldn't call them good.
Is the soundtrack good? Yes, it's absolutely classic.

This game is available for: Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo (Super Mario All-Stars), Gameboy Color (Super Mario Bros. Deluxe), Gameboy Advance (Classic NES: Super Mario Bros.), Wii (Virtual Console), 3DS (Virtual Console), WiiU ( Virtual Console), Switch (Nes Online).
Verdict
What I Liked . . . Decent Gameplay Good Music Good Level Design from time-to-time Basically created many Mario enemies (Bowser, Goomba, Hammer Bro, etc) What I Didn't Like . . . Too Short Bad level design from time-to-time Hammer Bro's placement and the amount of hammers that he throws is just unfair
7 Presentation
Looks fine and sounds great. The soundtrack is catchy and absolutely classic.
5 Gameplay
The run button (aka b) really helps. Without it, this game would be painful to play. Jumping feels fine but the physics feel off.
1 Lasting Appeal
I mean, after you beat the game, you can play it again with the difference being that Goombas are replaced with Buzzy Beetles, sounds exciting, right?
6
out of 10
Overall (not an average)
Overall, yeah i was too harsh on this game on my original review. I was gonna give it a 5 (5 = average) but i decided to give it a 6 for what it did and what it represents. Veredict: Not Bad.
