Hacking Why will only CFG Loader detect my USB stick?

I'm using a temporary USB stick for my games (until I get the money to buy a USB HDD), but for some reason, both GX and WiiFlow will mount the USB stick, but not detect any partitions on it. Why is this happening? I can still launch my games from CFG loader, but I personally prefer WiiFlow and GX.
