Hacking TwilightMenu++ stopped booting correctly, can't find solution online. Any help my friends?

So what happened was this: I was using Colors! on my DSi, and stepped away for a minute. During this time my DSi died and shut down, when I plugged it in and turned it back on, TwilightMenu would boot into the DSi theme screen, where all my ROMs had a [?] instead of the usual icon artwork, and then after only about a second TwilightMenu would crash and boot to HBMenu, attempting to boot TWL again from there resulted in the same thing. Any Suggestions? If I just need to reinstall the CFW then how would I do that without losing the saves on my ROMs?

Hmm, that would be unfortunate. I very much hope that is not the case. It would explain why I'm unable to find any information about this problem online.
