What is this broblume and why happend and if iron ball under apu is conect together or thermal paste cooling is little bit dry is it reson for that.. What can do for fix this broblume with out reballing.
Solution
BLOD on a PS4 is 100% gonna require soldering work, there is no other fix.
BLOD is usually caused by either the APU (possible re-ball) or RAM IC failure.
Honestly, it would be better to just get another PS4 (this is what I tell customers at my shop)
There are some people who get lucky by putting something on top of the APU clamp to increase the pressure on it, but I don't recommend this.
