ok after so long i finally decided to setup arm9loader but before i continue i need someone thats done this once or more than once to tell me if i messed up or not. i'm on part 3 section 3. i think i did section 2 right but i'm still not sure because when i went to the website it froze on glitched screen and after i turned off and reopened my 3ds i apparently got to section 3 where i setup luma. i think i did section 2 right since the 3ds doesn't open unless the sd card is inserted. here's another problem when downgrading to 2.1 i had to delete this folder 0000008f from the nintnedo 3ds folder just to get the 3ds to open i think with the sd card inside, i can't recall i didn't start this process the same day. i think arm9loader got installed correctly since my 3ds doesn't open without the sd card. is it okay for me to delete the same folder again because my 3ds doesn't open with the sd card inserted and i still need to update.
i can hold select to open luma but think that means anything right now.
sorry if my post is already answered somewhere in the forums already but the troubleshooting in the update section of the guide didn't really say anything about the 3ds not loading up in this section.
