I backed up my sysnand prodinfo before installing Incognito then deleted it, then I backed up a new sysnand prodinfo while still on Incognito and cant get back to my normal Switch. Can somebody help me please, I'm all new to this.

You need your prodinfo.bin backup to restore it else not possible if u lost your backup

I also have the prodinfo.bin backup but made the backup after I installed Incognito and when I restore it my Switch doesn't boot out of Incognito.
