If I wanted to sell a dress for £10-£15 on eBay or amazon then how much would they take out of the sale? And if I sell it on eBay, will paypal get some of the money?

And which one is better to sell in, eBay or amazon?

Ebay will have an insertion fee, and a fee depending on the final price. For what you're selling it looks like you'll be in the 9.9% of the selling price. The insertion fee could be free if you start the bidding less than 0.99

Paypal fees will be 3.4% plus .20
