How can I back up DSI games from my 3DS?

How can I back up DSI games from my 3DS?

I just imported dsiware from an old dsi. but I cannot seem to be able to back it up like a regular CIA in Decrypt9. Is there another method of backing it up DSIware?or what has anyone been able to back up DSI CIAs? if so, how did you do it?

    I believe Godmode9 can do it.
