Homebrew [FIXED: PLEASE DELETE THIS QUESTION] CTRBoot (not the manager) defaults the delay to 2000 no matter what?

I have the latest release, set the [DEFAULT] delay from boot_config.ini to 100, 500, and 1500 with no success. When I power on the 3DS it's always 2000. How do I change it so it works properly?
Edit: Never mind, fixed it by using the original rxTools coldboot method.
