If I bought a legit copy of Fieldrunners on my hacked 2DS, installed the hacked save, and transferred it to another 3DS, would the copy be reusable in any way? I'm pretty sure that if the unhacked 3DS is an O3DS, I can transfer back in a week (wonder if this limit could possibly be bypassed somehow?), but could I restore a NAND backup on my hacked 2DS with Fieldrunners still installed and downgrade a different 3DS quicker or something like that? Or is my NAND ID changed after the transfer?

Also, could a ctrtransfer or something similar allow paid-for copies of Fieldrunners be used on hacked systems other than the purchaser's? I feel like this would be shared everywhere if it worked, which is why I'm pretty sure it's not possible, but I figured I'd ask anyways.

If you restore the NAND in your already hacked 3DS, you'd get Fieldrunners back installed, yes. However, if you do try to perform another System Transfer, there's these two points:

1) Fieldrunners isn't linked anymore to your 3DS' account in Nintendo Servers, so the new System Transfer won't transfer it anymore.
2) You still have to wait 7 more days to attempt another System Transfer since, in Nintendo Servers, you just performed one, even if you restored back your system.

In short, the reason DSiWare Downgrade only works if actually buying the game in the eShop, is because if Nintendo Servers says it's not linked to your console, it won't be transferred using System Transfer. If the Transfer wasn't like that (Nintendo checking...

The game is only linked to a console in Nintendo Servers, so it's impossible to transfer if Nintendo Servers say the game isn't linked anymore to the original console.
