Homebrew do i have to uninstall region-free legit cia to uninstall cfw, if no,can i play online with legit cia after uninstalling cfw?

hi, as a beginner, i have some questions. i want to keep my 3ds safe because it is rare one. but there is no way me to buy a game for 150 dollars in turkey.so, i have some legit cias that i trust.does a region free legit cia had to uninstall to uninstall cfw completely?

On 3ds you can play any game online with CFW no matter if its ligit or pirated. Nintendo only issue bans for cheating online or for using a stolen credit card on the eshop. So you have no need at all to uninstall-cfw
