    Therefore, why add a completely superfluous second character? Why not just make her a cutscene character? Going Commando, back on the PS2, already worked in a "female Lombax" in Angela Cross, the masked Protopet thief (though whether she's an actual Lombax is debatable - lore changes since then), who was never playable. Or Captain Quark and his team in Up Your Arsenal. Let their presences known in cutscenes.

    Oh I see, that doesn't sound good. It actually sounds like an inevitable con in the making for the game's reviews. They at least should've given her different abilities, given the kind of effort and dedication on display here in making the game.

    Yeah that would've been wise to do if they were planning not to make any differences in her gameplay, it seems half done. Maybe they stopped working on other abilities midway when the work became too much, otherwise the cutscene approach would've been the obvious choice if there was no plan to make her gameplay different from the beginning.

    It's really amazing how Pokemon really gets you excited about the idea of the adventure you embark from your home in the games. At least me.

    I loved that feeling, back when the games were actually worthwhile and each new release offered something new on top of the familiar stuff...really got me hyped to see what was in each game, y'know? Getting to explore a region I hadn't before, or seeing what's been changed or added for third-releases (or, for BW2, the sequel). And when replaying, how I could experiment with a new team, how'd that fare.

    Yeah totally, and I've always maintained that the last really magical Pokemon game in the series for me was BW2. Everything after that became more gradually lifeless.

    Anyway I actually got an update to this issue. I called my ISP yesterday and told them I had issues connecting to a website and they said they'll call me and ask the details later.

    I never got a call till today, but I called them back and it seems they are working on it and doing maintenance with servers and such. I asked how they know what website it is as I never even told them, then the guy said they can check my history and figure that out easily... *Sigh*, at least it is being taken care of.

    On my windows 10, I type d in the search and it comes up with a disc cleaner in the options. I use it to clear up already used memory and stuff, and it helps with my speed.

    The Steam app has this amazing feature that gives you a zoomed in view when you move the text cursor around. This should be a standard.

    Also the Doom Eternal ray tracing is sweet, good thing I didn't play that yet. Though I still have yet to play the previous one which is still in my library.

    Also AMD's version of DLSS that supports Nvidia GTX cards as well? Damn that's great. I hope the picture quality is similar to DLSS. In any case, lots of PC news lately.

    Far Cry 6 looks great, looking forward to it! Never expected there to be city exploration in it, and the game looks beautiful. :D

    Judging from that video though, it doesn't seem to make much of a difference in real world use, though yeah, probably wiser to wait.

    Who knows, maybe these Mini LED stuff will reach the proper sweet spot before OLED does, so do keep a close eye for them.

    YouTube should really change their wording on "is this made for kids". Too many people are using it thinking since it isn't explicit, it is.

    As in the way they prompt you when uploading, a user can easily misinterpret it and set it as a made for kids video since the video can be suitable for kids. But it just turns off comments and other features, annoying for some uploads I come across.

    They should say something like "is this video for the YouTube Kids feature" or "is this only for kids".

    @Chary Crypto actually. Almost all the coins dropped near 50% along with Bitcoin's reductions a while ago, but it seems to be recovering a little but no idea if that will last.

    I get trying things out, but for me personally, if I try something on the middle or cheaper end and find myself going "man, if only it could do this or that," then it's more trouble to sell off that older item that you're probably not gonna use as much...unless if you just wanna build up a DAC/AMP collection or something.

    I am so gonna take good care and hold onto my 6XX/650's, who knows if this sort of quality will still be found in the future market. I may also try to get a new higher end model just in case while I still can.

    Just finished the RE: Village Castle demo. Like damn, the game is pretty darn high quality, gives a Naughty Dog impression, maybe better.

    Never played other RE games so not sure if others are like this as well, but this one probably is the only one that's this cinematic with it being next-gen and all.

    I'm not sure if this game is my type, can't say I had "fun" playing the demo, but the presentation is certainly spectacular. I may just get the game and see.
