    Oh, really? Hehe, learning the fretboard and getting used to the scales on it is one of the hardest, most confusing parts of it. Although, once that's out of the way, everything else makes a lot more sense moving forward.

    Oh yeah. The thing I've had the most difficulty with is chords, still trying to find a good video on that.

    Chords were the bane of my existence when I first started playing. I remember looking at a tab with a chord for the first time, and saying to myself, aloud, "Wait, all at once!?"

    If anything, I'd recommend trying to learn power chords before anything else. They're the simplest, and easiest to get used to. And once you're used to playing them, it makes learning open and barre chords easier.
