    Look at a real image on a phone or something, do the thing where you divide your view into two pictures with your eyes, keep it that way and now focus on one of the split images.

    I've done it for a few minutes at a time, but you really have to focus to keep your eyes crossed, because whenever there's less depth in the video your eyes will naturally tend to drift back, and the same thing if the video isn't perfectly made and has some ghosting.
