sigh wow only a few hours of gameplay so far and i just got my robot! then he died in a boss battle...

does element really matter when buying a new one? =\

game seems fun so far, though it is a hack+slash if you're a warrior.
The only boss battle that I had a robot in, the boss just started whacking on the robot until it was dead. This can be good and bad in that, you get a bunch "free" attacks on the boss while he ignores your character, and bad in the sense that you'll want a bot again and they cost $$$.

One thing that I forgot to check though, do robots equipment get destroyed when the bot is destroyed?

YOu keep the part, I've lost so many robots to know. But wait till you get a little farther, then your robot won't suck

Once you get to the lava level at the end after the Sord Ruins you can upgrade your robot that has threee more slots and he's more awesome

Dex, that was very insightful.

Perhaps next time you could specify what you meant by better, or what aspects of the game (and if you wanna be a smart ass and say the whole thing, then maybe you shouldn't be playing a H&S game) you weren't enjoying and maybe we could answer your question.

Wow moots, let's just relax. I was not trying to be a "smart ass". I was just wondering why this game was getting lots of play because I can't see the fun (right away). I'm a huge fan of RPGs.

Goodness gracious.

The challenge is in the Pyramid. In the last 10 levels of the Pyramid you have to fight 5 bosses.

Give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised by this one.

Your robot parts go back into the bank if it is destroyed, go there to get them back.

Hey, I killed the third guardian of those weird skull crystal keys... dunno what to do or where to go now. Got my reward, but I don't really know where to go cause no new map parts got opened.

Okay I am really enjoying the game but my only issue is the ability to not give you any direction on where to head next, usually not a problem in games for me but in this you can miss a little monument and cannot proceed in the story because a new area has not opened up.

I am currently stuck in deadwood gorge, gone through the secret rooms and what not but haven't be able to progress the story......anyone know where to head next?

Well, I have to unlock a door which keeps locked by 4 crystal skulls from 4 different necromancers. I've killed 3 of them, but the fourth I have no idea where to find him... There's this ghost dude too, telling me to get the last skull, but not telling me where and that... captain guy who gives you rewards after quests just gave me 30,000 west but told me nothing about the mission... Well, he told something about preventing necromancers from hatching breed's egg.

I have finished both the side quest and the main quest, so I should know.. but difficult to remember..

I remember, you have to defeat the four necromancers to get the door to open in the 'Sord Ruins'.. I think the fourth necromancer is the one enclosed in the shield? You have to find the creature which controls the shield. Which colour are you missing? If it is the purple one I think you need to go to Deadwood Gorge and move the statue to find the secret wall behind it... If you cannot push it... Read the inscription on the monument.. I think it mentions the ice mountain..Then go to the Ice Mountain.. I think you have to go through a series of red teleporters to find the last necromancer... glorious dungeon?? possibly..

I think there is a statue you have to push to get to the secret wall behind it. If you cannot push it, read what the monument says.. You might need to go to the Ice Mountain too. Have you been set the task of finding the crystal skulls? If you haven't then go to 'Sord Ruins' first and find the apparition, ghost.

I could be wrong, so please don't flame me!

Its' been awhile since I played it.

I think the 4th one is in deadwood gorge. There's so many hidden rooms, best to take an owon with you. the one room I always missed was in teh room with the goblin guy in the top left wall since the owon kept going to the top right wall which also had a hidden room. Just so you don't have to spend an hour like me scouring the dungeon.
