Steam simply doesn't allow reservations in my country and I don't know where I could buy a Steam Deck that they could send to my country and I wouldn't have the money to buy the console and pay for shipping...

So I want to try SteamOS, I'm someone who likes Windows, it just suits my needs as a Gamer and Student, so it is recommended to install Steam OS on a partition of my drive? (or another hard drive)

Not really. What makes SteamOS so good on the Steam Deck is that it has an interface which is optimized for gamepad and touch screen. On a PC with a mouse and keyboard you don't really get the benefits of that. Plus, Windows has the best game compatibility, even if Proton is catching up. No point in dual booting if you are a Windows user and you're happy with it.

there are also some games that use Easy Anti-Cheat that just will NOT work, regardless if the game actually installs properly.

if you want to dualboot, you can use something called HoloISO to get steam os on your pc, however do note that it's not fully compatible with older graphics cards, intel igpus and nvidia cards, so you might not do so well

if the pc in your signature is the one you're currently using, you're going to have a bad time

if it works for you then cool, but steamos has minimum requirements and your pc doesn't meet them. steamos needs at minimum an rx 460 or radeon vega 3 or 8, and the radeon r7 200 is far below those requirements due to just not having the drivers for it

the main portion of steam os also requires a controller, so if you don't have one, it won't be very fun to use, and desktop mode is okay but it's missing some of the more essential arch linux things like pacman

You can probably use a freight forwarder service if you want to get your hand on one, unless you know people that live in the US.
