PS5 - Firmware 4.03 Hack released

A fairly limited hack of PS5 Firmware 4.03 has just been released.

Debug Settings as well as a Package Installer can now be activated.

Im so glad i waited. Cant wait to see whats to come in the future.

but access to debugsettings alone is already such a wonderful thing to have.
having access to the Package-installer, so i can update some of my Disc-games to the latest patches supported by 4.03 is already a real gamechanger for me.

I did read about access to the debug menu; guess I overlooked that part. Any progress is better than nothing.

Indeed!
Being able to update all my games makes waiting for homebrew so much easier.

EDIT: I guess i stand corrected. MVG said that Package Installer doesnt work.
Guess i need a while longer before i can update my games.

The reason why it took so long for the PS5 to be hacked after its release may be because of its robust security.

ps4 & ps5 seem to have taken roughly the same amount of time

Both quicker than ps3.
