I think it would be possible by adding the correspondence work.bin since every DLC has own work.bin.
the work.bin is tied to the zrif iirc, so you could use a work.bin, but you'd need the zrif key to begin with. it's like making a rif for the ps3 from scratch. it can't be done. and, it would take thousands of years for a team of super computers to break even one key. there's just too many permutations.

At first, I thought that will be possible by copying from NeoGranzon's DLCs since he got them from PKGJ.
I have another question:
When I reinstalled the game and copy paste the DLC to addcont folder - PCSG00278 folder, then did Refresh Live Area. The game started without the DLC activated. On PKGJ, my DLCs are recognized.
Usually I did this and it worked for the game, update, patch and DLC.
Any wrong steps of mine?
Is it possible to buy the DLC only with a copy game not the original one?
it may scan the folders rather than the licenses. as far as using a pirated version of the game, I don't know. however, based on what I know about the ps3, I think it will, just don't know for sure, so you might want to wait for a definitive answer on that one.
just thought of this, I think there's a high probability that it will work, because updates work, and those would be using the same zrif as the base game, just like with the ps3 and ps4. there's no problem updating them from psn iirc using the official method, because you have the key needed to decrypt the content. dlc uses a different zrif key, so I think the game itself is meaningless, so as long as boots, it will likely work.
Yeah, I hope this game got the English version at first since PS3 has it, yet the English version is only on PS3 at the end.

Looks like the upload dates.
I searched using PCSG00278 as the keyword, since the Japanese one used their own letter, it couldn't be found using the game name.
I'm not sure what the title id is, but I used the one you provided, and I couldn't find anything newer than 2020.
@Guyverd ,the files have been successfully uploaded to the site, it is possible that they have been removed and then fully reloaded there or in PKGj.

The EUR version already has the Vita Cheat yet the DLC are only 2 where USA one has more DLC.
