How can you play mario kart wii online on wii u?

Hi everyone!

My son would love to play mario kart wii online. We have a wii you. Is it still possible? Please help me how if you can. We have a basic wii u nothing altered. We have WiFi connection. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Looks like if you just go into your internet settings on the Wii U and enter the custom DNS 95.217.77.18 you should just be able to launch the game through the disc channel and play online.

That's the easiest way to do it, yes. Your son should know that everyone still playing is quite good - I was a 9999 VR rank back in the day, and now I'm average.

i dont know how to install it but here the video so then we all have a way to play on the wii u menu
